‘Kueh baulu’ mould and lid

‘Kueh baulu’ is a Malay/Peranakan Chinese round, egg-based flour cake. The lid of the mould is designed to contain hot charcoal on top while the mould itself is heated on a clay oven. The mould is carved with decorative and auspicious floral and animal motifs.
